Downloaded the 1809 version of windows 10, no problems except that the new snip and sketch app doesn't save anything.

I have turned auto copy to clipboard off but it still shows the snip saved to clipboard. To begin a capture, press windows key + shift + s. The screenshots are not saved as an image automatically.

To do that, you have to save the image via the 'snip and sketch' app. Immediately after taking a snip you'll now get a notification that will take you and your snip to the screen & sketch app where you can annotate and share away. While snip & sketch is the more power screenshot tool on windows 10 , it does not automatically save a screenshot to a file.
